You could buy from Amazon, if you are 100% sure the parts are genuine. Most will be aftermarket. As a professional marine mechanic, I used aftermarket bellows just the once, and NEVER again.New to this site. Probably a silly question but when changing bellows and g/bearing, shift cables etc. Should I buy genuine mariner parts at the dealer? I see I can order off Amazon as well with varying prices.
Thanks again. Having problems sometimes when shifting into gear that my engine stalls. Also when shifting back into neutral. I'm thinking shift cable replacement or adjustment. Seems like the stall switch ( not sure the proper name) is being activated. Even when I'm idling in neutral if I just haul back on my shifter I can stall the engine.Quicksilver is Mercury's accessory brand. So yes, genuine.
