1989 johnson vro conversion

Hello all. I have a 1989 Johnson 70 Hp Model J70TLCEM .I removed the VRo pump.I have a pump but not sure if it will be compatible.
I am looking to know what is the correct fuel pump for this model? The one I have has 3 holes in it.Any help would be greatly appeciated.I have learned soooooo much from reading and following your guys advice.

If you have a 3 line hook-up (fuel in, fuel out, pulse) then the evinrude one should work.

I have a '85 70hp Johnson. I replaced the VRO with OEM 438559. It did not match any holes to attach to the motor, but I attached it to the vro bracket. I'm not sure it is the correct one for the job, but I made it fit. If you have completed your mod, let me know if it works.

0438559 looks good to me. You may have to fabricate a mounting bracket. good luck!
