Your motor probably has a cotter pin, nut and spacer over the prop. Remove the pin, put a 2X4 between the gearcase and the prop blade, and using a big wrench, unscrew the nut. Remove the spacer and then the prop. There is a thrust washer under the prop. Remember to replace that before you install the new prop. Grease the splines of the propshaft before instaling the new prop.
