Looking for help setting these carbs up on idle. Took the carbs out for a flooding issue. Foreign body uner one of the needle and seats. Slapped the carbs back on but now it won't start up. Once in a while it will just backfire out of what sounds like the exhaust but it won't even burp or stumble on start up. Fuel is dumping out of the back of the carbs after choking and starting. Plugs are basically completely dry. I've set the idle cam to the bottom line on idle and the 2nd line on fast idle. It leads me think the throttle plates are not set properly as no fuel is getting past it. Idle mixture screw is out 1 on both.
