1989 50 horse classic mercury

Im replacing my impeller and removed all 8 nuts holding my lower unit, and also the bolt above my prop. I still cant lower the unit down im I missing a bolt or is there a way to get the lower unit to release from motor.

There aren't 8 nuts to remove try these and it should drop down.
