1989 4.3l thermostat

i have a 1989 searay 180 with a 4.3l 262ci 175hp mercruiser engine with alpha one drive looking to see if anyone knows which thermostat goes in it a sierra part number would be great thanks

I put a 143* thermostat kit in mine. Don't have the part number on hand but local shop or online you should be able to find what you need.

Sierra Book lists 2 types:

Engine Ser.# B527955 and up: T-Stat 18-3551, T-Stat Kit 18-3668

Engine Ser.# F001220 and up: T-Stat 18-3649, T-Stat Kit 18-3648
