I figured since it has been fully rebuilt from ground up i wasnt going to waste it, ill finish ride and sell and put the money towards the new project and chalk up any losses as payments for lessons learned :)

well managed to get most of the interior rebuilt this weekend , using PVC board as i am trying to minimize any foam/upholstery, think its coming out pretty decent so far.

still dont like carpet , debating on pulling that and using pvc across floor then some type of finish like vinyl i know crab pots will get it filthy so want to have something i can just spray down and not get pressed over.the pvc would be just to have a nice flat waterproof underlayment.

Me either I don't like the way it just holds water. But the Admiral likes it so I am outvoted.

almost finished ! just need to install flooring and upholster front seating area did i mention i love this pvc board? it takes staples extremely well too ! i tested on a scrap piece with just a hand stapler. i don't think i will ever have another piece of wood on a boat now, polyester sticks ok to it but epoxy sticks so well i had to destroy a piece to get two pieces apart. not sure i would use on stringers but i also haven't tested and most likely i would do it over plywood for sure if i was using epoxy. in heat it can grow 1/8th of a inch in 18 foot if just laying there but secured it doesn't.

i made some hatch doors for where the seats were they are flush , haven't decided how i want to hinge them or just do velcro around perimeter of the hatches
