Ok, You can't get by without some details!!! What Prep? What Primer? What Paint? Did you use Hardener?

Sanded complete boat, sprayed bare aluminum with self etching primer, used rust-oleum primer on sanded areas, used rust-oleum professional on top coat, valspar hardner, and thinned with about 15 % acetone, used a gravity feed sprayer to apply top coat.

Have complete floors cut out sanded and one coat of spar varathane, will sand tomorrow and apply second coat.

Hey Glen, going with vinyl floor, and carpeted sides like it was origionally except grey, some new hardware, may change dashes not sure yet.

Floors in, used outdoor flooring adhesive for vinyl floor.

Vinyl floor installed on main floor, carpet installed in bow and sides, used spray adhesive Westech industrial strength contact adhesive awesome stuff.

You're right on the concealed deck fasteners and beaded white styrofoam jign, but the deck vinyl will be fastened at the edges. and yes Glen I hope to be finished by the end of the week.

Don't sweat your build materials too much budski, that's what was used from the factory and it lasted, what, 25 years?

Black is too hot for the deep south, but it's just right for the GWN.
