1988 evinrude 200hp spark help??

So I started to really look into the spark problem on my 1988 200hp evinrude today. I originally thought that it did not have any spark at all. However I found today that in fact it has spark on the middle 2 cylinders only??? So does it need a power pack or is something else wrong??

Needs to crank at least 300rpm or more to spark correctly, remove all plugs and charge battery and retest.

LOL! I think that was the problem the whole time. I got it to fire today. Thanks!!

A starter dragging along with a old weak battery(lowCCA) will cause this too..

Update! The slow cranking was the problem the whole time. It fired rite up today. LOL
