Lack of fuel would be first guess, ignition failure would be second guess. Last time carb was rebuilt? Fuel pressure when it starts to bog? Could be lots of things including fuel pickup in tabk...water in fuel...howvis the fuel filters?? Etc....you have some searching to do

So I pulled hose from tank blew that all out I then re ran the vent because there was a huge bow in the line dipping down the going up causing a trap.. I replaced all plugs and wires and distributor cap.. installed brand new carb and changed fuel filter .. put new fuel

Was thinking maybe when everything heats up and hits some waves one of the floats in carb possibly gets stuck

The hose from the tank vent needs to make an upward loop to keep any water that might enter the vent from enteringbthe fuel tank. Did you check for water in your fuel? Fuel filter/ water separater clean? If the float is sticking then time for a thorough rebuild....
