I have a 1987 evinrude 70hp which has no power when i first start it in the morning I will leave the dock and feels like its only running on 1 cylinder.I will do a few drifts and about 20 mins later full power gets on plane and goes.i will not have this problem for the rest of the day at all its only the first 20 min everday i go out. have already put new plugs, fuel line and my tank is vented properly, also ran fuel cleaner and still the same problem any ideas would help thanks
