Nice soggy rotten mess there, not my definition of being solid. I would keep that nasty thing inside so it dries up before you use it as a template. I had to lay a transom flat and weight it down so it wouldn't warp even more when drying out. Makes for a better template.

I have yet to actually see a solid transom. Well thats kind of untrue I have yet to see a boat drug home with a solid transom.

Look at it this way John, you don't have to put it in the trash, only a couple more weeks in the composter and it will be ready to put in the flower beds.:lol:

Great looking hull, and really awesome motor! Nicest one I have seen in a while.

Keep up the super fast work, and you will be contending with Sig on the fastest boat flipper in the dry dock!

You cheated you bought one that had ply good enough to keep a bow piece template. :lol:

Repaired knee brace, cut out and spared floor, reinforced ski looker floor, spared and installed ski locker floor, going to line with vinyl.IMG_7607.jpgIMG_7610.jpgIMG_7614.jpgIMG_7615.jpgIMG_7621.jpg
