1986 Mercury 150 runs bad in low range

this is a 1986 Mercury 150. It starts great seems to be missing when in low range with more power it runs excellant. Has been sitting up for almost 2 years.

when running slower the motor seems to miss but running at higher speeds it seems to run perfect.
