I have checked all water lines and fittings. Taken out the T-stats(I have new ones but just wanted to check flow whithout them in) and replaced poppet valve, diaphram, and gaskets. Replaced water pump and impellar. Water is still only spittig out of the pisser?

Any clues?

If your engine isn't overheating it's probably a partial clog of the telltale. Use a piece of weedeater string and snake it through the telltale while running. See if it clears out.
