Hi all. I have a 1985 Evinrude 70 (no power trim/tilt). It seems that the tilt piston/cylinder assembly is dry. It's really hard to move the engine up/down and it makes a nasty creaking noise. Can someone give me details on how to fill the cylinder (or suggest a link to directions). I can't see any type of filler port. Thanks.
