Also I would prime and paint the tank as well to help with corrosion resistance, Moeller did a black tar coating on mine.

Thanks Rob, he put the fuel line at the back bottom of the tank the fill and vent is at the top next to the fill fitting good idea about the paint, Thanks

Ok, yeah my pick up line was put in the back of the tank too for feed purposes the stern is always lowest. I also forgot to mention the grounding tab too, it's a good idea to use one rather than ground from the sender.

Thanks Rob, we are going to put a ground feed on it thanks for the reminder, almost forgot. we redesigned the transom going to put a rear casting deck there with jump seats, and the live well in the bow.

Having the tig welder sure makes this work a lot better. The fuel cell looks great. and the custom splash well and transom couldn't be done without the tig. Awesome work..:triumphant:

That's a much better design, much like the V5 style transom and SW.

Thanks Rob, was thinking we should have made it about 4 inches lower on the outsides , but it's done now so it will have to do.
