I know where part 61 is on that diagram water leaks from around that area when tilting the motor up. I poured a bottle of water in there and watched it drain . I imagen if waters getting out waters coming in is some water sappouse to get in?

Boot Kit part# 895012A01(includes spring). Held on with a clamp at the idle relief port.....the other end just pushes into the leg cover and held there by the force of the spring.....

Part #61 is a shock mount....water could drain out there but it is above the water line so water shouldn't come in there......there shouldn't be any water in the engine area. You can also check around the exhaust cover...feel around the bottom edge for leaks when running....and the thermostat housing. Use a flashlight and check all around for water.

Worst case scenario would be a leak where the power head mounts onto the leg......check that area too for water coming out......would require removing the PH to fix.....

The exhaust boot is deff bad just looked but it’s only like 3 inches of water it immediately rushes in

With motor tilted up some water is trapped in the cooling system....when you lower it the water drains out......put a new boot on it and see if that solves the exhaust and water leak.

Think I understand what you're talkin about now......there are some little plastic plugs down there in the bottom you can see looking down with the cover off.....if they are missing some water could get in there with the engine down in the water....

I don't think it will hurt anything.....maybe Nordin or jerry will chime in with better info on this water issue. Mine is always dry down there so I am not 100% sure. I was assuming the water was leaking from higher up, like from the exhaust boot or something....not rising up from the leg...if that makes sense.

Yeah I 100% understand I was just confused when I lower it water comes in I know when I pour a bottle of water in I can see where it leaks out right above the shock absorber

@topgun3690 Boot was definitely bad after tightening the heck out of tilt and trim it seems to be slowing the leak to extremely slow where it takes a hour to drain a little bit.

Still trying to figure out water issue tho

Hopefully a new boot will solve your exhaust leak issue. Where is your T&T leaking at? Those fittings have to be pretty snug to keep from leaking.
As for the water issue, I have summoned the gurus for input.....lol. @Nordin @The Force power @jerryjerry05 @Jiggz

I believe I fixed the tilt and trim now I just went outside and it has not moved at all I tightened everything extremely tight and I believe that did it I think the flared end wasn’t in the right position so it didn’t get a proper seal

As topgun3690 says, check the exhaust rubber boot at the rear of the lower leg cover.
If no leak there check the exhaust cover at the engine for a leak.
Do not loose the screws at the cover if not necessary, they snap really easy if they are stuck.

Hey Nordin.....the OP says when he lowers his motor down all the way in the water he gets water inside the engine compartment, way down low at the bottom......maybe 2-3 inches of water. Mine does not do that....seems to always be dry down there. Is that normal for his 125 Force and will it hurt anything? It's not a leak from above, but rises up from the leg.....thanks.

There is a rubber seal at the lower cover that seals around the mid leg.
Maybe it leaks from outside there.
All Chrysler/Force from 70Hp (not the late Force one carb 70Hp) and up to 150Hp has this design.
Water inside would not hurt I think.
It will drain after avail, water inside the lower cover will reduce some of the sound from the engine.
When store the engine for the winter, check that all water is drained in the lower cover.
