1984 evinrude super 40 thermostat

Can somebody tell me if my motor has a thermostat. Model # E40rwcra. I have looked at the diagrams of all parts and cant find it anywhere. thanks, Roy

Thank you. I dont have any water coming out of the tell tale. I changed the impeller and still no water. I figured thermostat next, but If it doesnt have One, What's Next? Blockage someplace,? Thanks , Roy .
