1984 Evinrude E15RCRM 2 Stroke 15HP

My son just recently purchased his 1st boat. A nice 1988 15 1/2 ft Lowe Sprite with an 1984 Evinrude E15RCRM 2 stroke pull start.

The 1st trip, had to almost catch the motor in gear, but once caught ran flawlessly. I was impressed with the 15hp engine.

Looking for advice, manuals and other insights to this engine.

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated!
