1984 Evenrude 70 Missing parts?

I have a 1984 Evenrude 70 hp engine and I think I am missing parts. I am not a guru by any means and this is my first boat so I need some guidance.

I have been told by one guy that I am missing a solenoid and a wiring harness. I am sure that this isn't enough info but I will post some pictures if needed.

I am just trying to get ready for water.

You will need the harness if you want to run your tilt and trim from the helm. Click the thumbnails for the diagrams.

The relay box should be on the engine.
