1982 houseboat prices

I’m trying to find original msrp prices of 1982 Master Fabricator houseboats. 14’ x 47’ and 15’ x 50’ models.

I need approx original cost due to state charging me 7 1/2 times more personal property taxes over similar boats. Trying to get all info I can to start the “ battle”.

Did a quick search and didn't find the MSRP, but found them priced currently from $17,000 to $80,000.
