Thanks Budski, it's not the tape but actually the paint that was on the tape that peeled right off. I was hoping the paint would pull right off but it is bonded pretty good so it looks like wet sanding it is.

Got the touch up done today and it went pretty good. Thanks for the tip on the preval sprayer Rob. I thinned the same as with the hvlp and it went on nice. Once I give the boat a buff and wax it should look perfect. It's a nice day so I pulled her out of the hangar so I could some good pics for you guys.

Still lots of work left. Front deck will be next and try and figure out where I'm going to mount the fuel fill so I don't get too tight angles in the fI'll hose. Electrical still has to be hooked up and latches installed in the hatch lids, trailer work and still have to polish the aluminum. I don't foresee a splash until late July. Oh yeah you got her out basking in the sun, looking great. I like the color scheme too and she sure will look super with the polish.

I'm glad that preval sprayer worked out good for you too. I know some of the reviews on it aren't so good but for me it was flawless.

Looks great, really like that idea on the way the boarding ladder can be detached.

Very nice work. Can you identify the make of the boarding ladder for us? I like that a lot. It is the perfect size and design for these boats.

I like the swim ladder design too although it appears they could've designed the keeper that holds the ladder upright a bit better as it looks like a thin Velcro strap.

Thanks fellas! The boarding ladder is a Garelick eez-in compact transom ladder. I didn't get much time to work on the boat the last 4 days off, I guess I had a honey do list which included the destruction and removal of my non working hot tub and a haul to the dump and then repairs of the rotten deck it was sitting on. I did manage to install the rod holders and Downriggers and got the front enclosure of the rear deck cut and installed. Now I guess I have to make some pallet deck furniture to replace the old hot tub before a party on July 2nd so not much going to happen in the next couple weeks on the ss. Oh well, ya know what they say, happy wife happy life.

My thoughts exactly, not really happy with the strap although it's not your run on the mill velcro. I'm going to figure out something better for holding the ladder up after I splash. Future upgrades☺
