1980 mercury 25 outboard control box

I recently bought a 1980 mercury 25 with out a control box. I was wondering what I need to look for when buying a control box for that unit. I have found quite a few on eBay list as Quicksilver control boxes. I wasn't sure if those would work. I do not have power trim and neither do the ones listed on eBay. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
