I can't really tell as the pics are so small, but are you doing this restoration on a lift above the water?

No the boat is in the water whith a largepiece of waterproof canvas under the boat including the hekdrive.
i created my own dry dock.
Now i can remove the bolts from the hekdrive, first the left part and later the right part.
But thats all finished.
I have to foame the hule, but i am stil thinking how,
Of coarse right now the boat is on a trailer so i can work on the mechanical part
At the moment i am working on the drive , and that job is almost ready.
Also i replaced the gimball bearing and a smal one in de crackshaft which is supporting
the drive shaft .
When the flywheel housing is replaced the engine can be mounted back in the boat.

Greetings Jan
