Maybe someone can make sense of this and my HIN:

STRE90800679 - F0

Notice the "-F0" at the end...not sure if maybe that has something to do with it being a "Holiday" with a cabin???

It is possible that "Holiday" was simply the name of the boat?
That doesnt look like any SC script or font I have seen on any Holiday..

At first I was thinking it was a Lonestar..as I read tonight they also made a boat named Holiday during the same time as SC..Crazy huh?

And some guy with a Holiday said

See where it says "Chieftain"? Look closely at the script on it. Maybe similar to the script on mine?

I was really expecting to see that under the paint, but boy was I surprised.

The lettering is real solid under the crappy paint...seems original. Quite a mystery.

The Chieftan script does look exactly like where it said HOLIDAY..

So here's two pics for the mystery. I forgot about the one of the backside of the vinyl that covered one of the cuddy seat risers. It says, "18 Chief bunk riser", and of course the script on the cabin side says, "Holiday", and in case anyone asks, the registration says, "____"...nothing...

Also, working on stripping old paint and silly-cone. Will start the rebuild thread soon...

well..there has never been an cuddy HOLIDAY..(that I know of)

I like how that paper seems like it is tattered and burned a little on the edges - like somebody was trying to destroy evidence or something sneaky. Man you have like a murder mystery or buried treasure on your hand there! Cool!
