When OB is at WOT then throttle pulled back to idle speed quickly, engine stalls. When pulled back from WOT slowly - does not stall. This is new after cleaning carb, replacing fuel lines, adjusting slow speed adjustment to 1 1/4, installing new spark plugs, and inspecting fuel pump diaphram. Any ideas?
Also - synchonization. Where is the cam follower roller supposed to be on the cam when in nuetral and at idle speed? Before the cam marks or in the middle of the cam marks. Is the carb supposed to open as the roller slides between the cam marks? I have the manual - but still unclear - (im not a licesnsed OB mechanic), I can only try to be.
