1978 merc 800 compression?

Hi all. I am looking at a 1978 Merc outboard that seems to run well. Compression is at 115-145-140-145. Is this acceptable.

Asking price is $500 Seem reasonable?

Top cylinders is on the way out... Low compression could mean it's had an overheat, or worst, the engine's had serious problems and that cylinder has detonated.... RUNAWAY...
