1978 Johnson 115ETL78C Lower unit

This is my first post to the forum, but I've found some good info here over the years.
My question is: I have a Johnson 115ETL78C V4 crossflow. Will a lower unit from a 78 Johnson 150hp (don't know model# yet) work on my motor?
