I am rebuilding the carbs and replacing the fuel pump, I would like to replace the fuel lines connecting them at the same time, but I am not having much luck finding what size ID the hose needs.

I'm assuming 3/8 others will know. Isn't the size on the hose?

I would never replace a factory fuel pump.----A new diaphragm is about all it would need if not working.

I do not think the one that is on there is the factory fuel pump, if it is, then it aged much better than the rest of the motor. Plus the previous owner let a lot of water accumulate in the fuel tank, like i siphoned a little more than an inch of gas into a mason jar and almost 1/4 of it was water, so im sure its wreaked havoc in everything from the tank to the motor
