I have had issues with the engine not starting back up after running for non-specific lengths of time. It is turning over but it doesn't catch. The big issue is when I pull it out of the water out of a (weep hole) it begins to leak a very strong mixture of more oil than oil/fuel mix. I am very new to boating and could take care of an inboard motor, but this is odd for me, It also has starting issues/as in just won't. Any help of where to start, I have the original manual.
