1975 Mercury 1500 Distributor

Can anyone tell me where i can find a distributor for this motor? One of the three wires going from the distributor to the ignition box corroded and broke off right at the face of the housing with no length of wire to repair it. Going crazy trying to find one less than $500! Thanks!

Check PN for compatibitlity. Ouch 225.00 with a make offer clause I have delt with this guy Crank Pistons and he will sell much cheaper. Try making a first offer of 175..00 He will send a counter offer at that point beats 500.00 though appears to have the wiring 1977 150 HP NEW distributor. The correct p/n for a 1975 is 393-3736A79 if yours is a 1975. What is your engine s/n?
