Does this engine have an external "pisser" to indicate that the water is cooling the engine?

Don't see one in the parts breakdown, you can install one if you want.

I did it last year and it was a 15 minute project. Very easy.

Search for "telltale" installation and look for Jay Merrill's instruction post. It's an upgrade memo right from Johnson. Very detailed and VERY easy to do. You should find all you need right there.
