1975 15 hp help?

I am needing some parts for my 1975 Chrysler 15hp outboard. One of the parts i need is the manual start pinion gear. I also need a plastic part that goes under the tiller handle, i don't know the name of it but have a photo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The pinion is white nylon and still available. You may be able to get it at a Mercury dealer and they may have used the same part for later Force engines.

The plastic part in the photo is one part of two. there should also be a stepped tapered piece so the throttle bar can be adjusted.

If you can'find the pinion gear locally, try franzmarine@aol.com. He should also have the plastic support.
