Having a problem with my engine idling high. Starts okay but after I go into forward or reverse and return to neutral it continues to run heavily. Seems that the idle control arm on the engine is not returning back far enough to lower the idle speed. I can push it back by hand and the idle will slow, but problem repeats after engine is put into gear. Is there any way to adjust this? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
