That;s a bummer on the engine.. Hopefully they can get you one installed and get it back home soon. Sure you are anxious to keep working on her.

Picked her up today!! And $200 under estimate to boot! Looks like the engine is a 898 so 198 hp. Kinda bummed I spent all of that to only go up 10 hp but at least this one checked out ok! And I can always change out the carbs to go to 228hp. But she's got her power plant finally! !

Technically the Admiral picked the boat up, I'm doing a 16 hr shift at work. She is the best Admiral a guy could possibly be blessed with! I'll post pics tomorrow

A little cash saved now is gas to burn on the water later. You have power! :D

The pic upload has been fading in and out, Chief. Photobucket has been the most reliable method.

Hey there's the outdrive ready for some water. :thumb:

All you have to do is click on the line in photobucket next to IMG and it suto copies the link to the pic, like this...

Forgot to mention that you may want to move your winch tower back about 6 to 8 inches to get those rollers under the hull.

Thanks waterman, that seems to work. I had a heck of a time trying to get them posted! You are right, I need to move the post back a bit

Swim deck is installed! There is much yet to do on her, but stayed tuned. If things go according to plan, there may be a powered SPLASH tomorrow evening! :):)
