1973 merc 50 compression problems

my 50 hp merc has 30 pounds on the #1 cylinder 90 on the #2 cylinder and 125 on the #3 and #4 cylinders what is my problem anything will help thanks nick and what is the normal reading on all 4 cylinders ????

It sounds like the engine has either overheated or ran lean on the top carb, it will have to be torn down and repaired

would you have to just rebuild the top end or both and thanks for the reply laddies well i mean just rings or a complete tear down and rebuild
