Could anyone help me with the elevation that requires me to change out the high speed carb jet? The motor is from Georgia & I moved to Ohio. The engine has been stored for 5 years & when I tried using it, it boggs above 1/4 throttle.
You probably won't need to re-jet the carb. There is not enough difference in elevation to worry about. It sounds like you need to pull the carb and clean it out more than anything.
i agree with everybody but use electric wire to clean jets or a twist tie something that will fit, cleaning with carb cleaner sometimes not good enough
