I got the rest of the stringers pulled out this morning. They will work great for templates for where they curve up in the front. The rest of it is pretty straight.

Congrats on the new job.
The grinding never gets better. You just keep finding new things to grind as you go along.
Your getting closer to putting it back together. Keep up the good work.

Re: 1972 Glastron GT-160

Well, not much to report. I started a new job on wednesday and that has been going well. They told me it will be 6-7 days a week all the time.

I was cutting out some of the filler from the edge of the deck tonight and put a 1/2 x 1" hole in it. It's just another thing I will have to fix when the time comes.

Re: 1972 Glastron GT-160

I follow a few Glastron threads on another site. This GT-150 project is getting close to wrapping up. There are a few hot lap videos by the OP & a few others on the last page....

Hope the new gig proves a good fit, & last more then just long enough to reach a splash round your boathouse :)

I'm enjoying this thread and just subscribed to it as well. I really love that boat. If anyone in Southern CA has one, I'd love to come by and check it out! Thanks for the education!

I just bought this boat. I'm in the forum because I googled the serial number and it led me here. I think I bought this exact boat. I have a few questions if you would be willing to answer.

There is a link to another forum earlier in this thread. You may want to contact that person.

Here is a link to the third page. Linking to the first page only takes you to the forum hope page...
