If you are sure its not bad fuel i have had this problem with the fuel pump gasket not being placed in there properly or check that it has not shook loose.

First thing to do on that mtr is check your compression. Next do a a good de-carb on it if your compressin is okay.

It can't pump too much gas into the carbs if your floats and float needle valves are working properly. It won't idle at all? How to you get it in gear to run wide open? Check and see if your spark advance is coming all the way back to the idle stop, and that the stop is set to the proper timing. Also, check and be sure your throttle butterflies are closing all the way.
