1972 20 hp Johnson cuts out

My 1972 20 hp Johnson wants to cut out while idling. It still wants to cut out when accelerating then once I am at about 1/2 throttle or more it smooths out and runs fine. Any ideas??? Carb maybe??

Carb sounds like it needs servicing.
