Is This normal? I cant remember where but I thought I read somewhere that the pump housings are offset from the driveshaft. Could someone let me know if this is actually normal?
yes its entirely normal.
It compresses water on one side to shoot it up the tube while on the other side the impeller vanes spread to get more water from below.
The grommet on the top looks a bit worn
Great! Thanks Bosunsmate. The Previous Owner Said he replaced the impeller and it does look new but After I seen how he put the Solenoids back together wrong I wasnt sure.
