1970 Johnson 4hp Carb jet mix-up

Hi folks,
Took apart my 4hp Johnson'd carb to clean as it has never run right and started to think maybe the jets are swapped, then I got confused which one was where...
One is a nice taper, other is more like a needle.

To me it looks like the threads are different.-----So for me it would be hard to get them in the wrong place !

The longer one is your top low speed needle and the shorter one is your bottom high speed needle on the 4hp of that era.
