1970 evinrude 115

runs good just not sure about the 4 ajustment screws on the outside of the carb ive screwed with them a little bit when it runs ruff but im not sure where they all are suppose to be set to, i think it could be a little rich but i dunno. im new to boats so if anyone has a clue it would be much appretiated. thanks

Static set is 1 1/2 turn out from lightly seated, final adjustment with boat in the water and warmed up, adjust to best idle.

so turn them all counter clockwise then all of them clockwise 1 and a half turns then ajust more in water warm? just makin it clear thanks

Turn them all IN, clockwise, until lightly seated and then OUT, counter clockwise, 1 1/2 turns. Adjust in the water until it idles the best. It will take some patience to get it set correctly.
