this thing is missing the safety switch that goes by the throttle..loks to me like it just makes sure that it wont start at wide open throttle ..I grounded the wire and it turns over,,unground and it doesn't,, I have a no spark problem I'm dealing with per my other posts but I need to know for sure that this missing switch is not stopping it from sparking..anyone know?????
