HELP! I need some advice on how to proceed to repair the inside bottom of my boat. I know I need to scrape all the loose stuff of, but then what do I use? The topcoat of whatever the last person used is peeling off. All the fiberglass underneath is solid. (It says I am not authorized to submit photos).
