1969 Johnson 40 HP - Float Replacement

I am replacing the float in the carb. Is there anything I need other than just the float? I just ordered one on this site.

Did you get the overhaul kit also, it will have all the gaskets you need to overhaul th carb.

Well, there's story behind this. I messed with the carb, and made the mistake of bending the low speed needle. The shop, $300 later, replaced the needle, rebuilt the carb and really didnt give it a test run to find out that the float was sticking. I have the old corqe carb float.
