1969 Evinrude 85 HP

I Have a '69 Evinrude 85 HP that misses at low rpm. I replaced the spark plugs and it made no difference. Any ideas?

I'd say you need to clean/re-build the carbs. Have you tried adjusting the low speed needle valve (if it has one)? That miss you're hearing is called a "lean sneeze" and maybe a tweek of the low speed valve will help.

Follow oldcat's suggestion. Likely the miss is fuel related-not spark. It's probably running lean.
