1968 Johnson 6HP Short-to-Long Shaft

Hello-
I have a '68 Johnson 6hp that I want to convert to long shaft. Anyone know a good source to buy parts without spending a ton of money? Or anyone want to trade long shaft for short shaft parts? Or have a long shaft 6hp sitting around that doesn't run any more?
