Not sure where to put this but my brother has a 1967 13' whaler with the original 40hp evenrude. runs like a top. boat has been restored. Thinking about selling it but not sure what it's worth.
Can't really help you as values are very location dependant. Go to searchtempest.com and search multiple craigslists with in a couple hundred miles for you and see if you can find comparable boats to your brothers for an idea of asking prices vs condition. Should give you a starting point.
if it's restored and running, blue hull (interior) and mahagoney, it will sell for a lot. Very nostalgic boats. And not hard to ship, if he doesn't live in the "hot" markets for that boat.
