1965 gimbal ring hinge pins

65 1aez, having problems accessing aft u-joint bellows clamp nut, someone put it on top! if i pull the gimbal ring hinge pins i think i can lay it back enough to make access, how tough are these to pull?

Easy to pull if they are not corroded up. You will need to straighten and remove the aluminum "nail" holding them in and then pull them out. You can screw a bolt in them and they should pull right out. Otherwise you can use a slide hammer.

your on it sir... that worked great...i don't suppose perfect seal is a substitute for bellows adhesive,or is it?

No, but 3M Weatherstrip adhesive is.
